CARE.IN.FOR - Digital training for caregivers with artificial intelligence
CARE.IN.FOR is a training service on the Fairskills digital e-learning platform, designed to offer innovative training courses to family and professional caregivers. The project was born within the PNRR AGE.IT, with the contribution of Spoke 5, and is funded by the Ministry of University and Research, the European Union – Next Generation EU, and Italiadomani.
Objective
To provide an accessible, personalized, and multi-channel tool for the ongoing training of caregivers, promoting inclusion, awareness, and professionalization of the role.
Strategy
The CARE.IN.FOR platform is structured as a three-phase training funnel:
- Access and profiling: free registration and initial dialogue with an AI assistant who, using natural language, identifies the user's training needs.
- Engagement: Access to categorized content (practical, psychological, legislative) in various formats: online courses, printable handouts, podcasts, glossaries, flashcards, and forums.
- Empowerment: Users can monitor their progress and interact with other caregivers and operators, creating a learning community.
