AIRC School Projects
For years, the AIRC world has relied on Melazeta to create edutainment tools for outreach activities in schools.

The projects aim to inform and raise awareness about the issues the association addresses and are aimed at teachers and students.
Teachers are encouraged to create their own classes, monitor student progress and participation, and upload class papers. The student sections offer games accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, and upload personal papers for competitions.
Voting, rankings, and judging tools are the tools that animate the various contests hosted on the AIRC school websites.
The collaboration with AIRC has continued for years and has led to the creation of, among others:
- Cancer, I fail you, to spread knowledge about healthy lifestyles and the importance of scientific research in schools, a volunteer experience. The project also developed the website, games, and online teaching kit, including the Mangioco project and the illustrated printed book.
- Isola dei Fumosi (Smoky Island), updated at the end of 2024, this spin-off of the game "L'Isola dei Fumosi" (Smoky Island), is a serious game set in a research laboratory. It's enriched with tools, including quizzes and levels, and the bubble shooter earns points that can be donated to cancer research.
The in-depth factsheets, downloadable as PDFs, provide information on the topics covered and can be kept. The project is part of a series of educational activities and a kit for teachers. - Scatola Generosa (Generous Box), a competition included in the "Una Constellazione Luminosa" educational campaign, created with the support of the UniCredit Foundation, to introduce healthy habits, from nutrition to exercise, to Italian schools and to introduce the important topic of scientific research. The contest involves voting by students and parents and a jury's selection from those selected by the public.
