We Are Energy - Enel 2024

International project, gamified digital framework contest involving 43 countries and 4 languages ​​(IT, EN, ES, PT).

The project involves the creation of a gamified digital platform where motivation to increase knowledge and complete quizzes is encouraged by the ability to create a customizable diorama. This custom asset can receive peer approval, leveraging the cognitive biases and normalized mechanisms that characterize social media, resulting in high user engagement and maintenance. The production of the educational contest concludes with the uploading of a project, which is judged by a jury that awards participation in an exclusive summer camp as a prize.

Client: LaFabbrica for the Enel Group

Type: International, multilingual digital contest aimed at Enel families worldwide, a digital Internal Communications project for the Enel Group.

Objective: Engage the families of Enel employees in sharing insights and news on environmental and sustainability issues. Project to promote individual sustainability and provide updates on technological processes to support a sustainable lifestyle.

Target: Enel community and its families.
